As a buyer, you have to be aware of the overall positive responses you get from the staging, and not get overwhelmed while remaining focused on finding the right home that fits you. Do the bedrooms fit all your families furniture and things. Does the laundry room offer enough room and functionality?  Do the rooms get enough natural light? Does the home have enough closets and cabinets for storage space? Are the rooms renovated with enough electrical outlets to handle today’s smartphone charging, computer and television usage? Avoid overpaying for a well staged home because that’s how staging benefits the seller.
